Demos for air time |

Thank you for your interest in submitting material to DI.fm
and SKY.fm.
Remember that you will be writing to a mailing list of multiple program
directors. Email requests without info for all 3 bullets below cannot be
processed and will not be answered. Just keep it short and specific.
The Trance and Progressive channels have no time slots available for regular
shows. DO NOT write us about a monthly show on these channels. (Yes, this means you!)
Just a reminder that sending a request to submit and being cleared to do so
is not at all a guarantee of airplay. We will send you an email if anything
makes playlist.
Instructions:
If you - artists, labels, DJs, or others - would like to submit
your material to DI Radio, AND you think that it is good enough
to be played on our channel(s), then please email us at demos@di.fm
for instructions. Even if you submitted stuff in the past,
we need an email EACH time in order to manage the process.
NOTE: Please email just the request for submission and NOT the
actual submission itself! Under no circumstances can we accept
MP3 or other large media files by email; such emails get
deleted off the server without being read.
Your email request need not be lengthy but be sure to include:
- Genre (see channel list at www.di.fm or www.sky.fm)
- Bio info (a few sentences on your musical background)
- Description of exactly what you want to send
(for tracks, what and how many; for mixes, track listings).
This will speed your request to the right people on the Demos
Team, who will then get back to you with submission instructions
IF they are interested and can accommodate.
Keep in mind that all submissions by this method are on a
"don't call us, we'll call you" basis. This means that the Demos
Team will ONLY get back to you IF they are interested and can
accommodate.
